Lifelong learning is one of the pillars in Training 4 Hospitality's mission to help graduates and young professionals have a successful career in the Hospitality industry. The courses focus on broad aspects of supervision and management in the Hospitality industry and cover extensive areas such as the application of technology in the Hospitality industry, techniques to successfully train staff, conflict and change management and much more.

Training 4 Hospitality has partnered with Alpine Center, the Swiss Business School for International Hotel & Tourism Management Education to offer the courses below. All courses are taken online and can be fully completed from the comfort of your home and at your own pace. The courses follow the curriculum of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI).

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Prospective students should have excellent English language skills.
There are no educational requirements to enroll in any of the courses. We do however strongly advice that candidates have previously studied at degree level, or that candidates have at least 2 years of full time work experience in the hospitality industry.

TECHNICAL (DEVICE AND INTERNET) REQUIREMENTS

Because the courses are offered online it is important prospective students have access to a stable internet connection (2mbps minimum) so that they can easily access course material. Cookies and Javascript should be enabled on the students device. All browsers for Windows and Mac are supported.

Prospective students can also access course material on a dedicated app which can be downloaded after enrollment. The app is available for iOs, Android and Kindle Fire and can be downloaded on phone, tablet and laptop.

course delivery

The courses are delivered in an eBook format. Each eBook is accessible on a dynamic and powerful eReader Platform. Students have instant access to the textbooks anytime, anywhere and on any device. Students can highlight text, take notes, search for specific content and new features are added all the time!

Each course is compiled of 12 to 15 chapters. At the end of each chapter students can take revision questions which prepare students for the final exam. The exam for each course is comprised of 100 multiple choice questions that students need to take in 3 hours and pass with 70%.
